ODV was founded by Tintu and Dona Parameswar. The husband and wife team felt the need to change the way services were rendered to veterans by private organizations.

Yes. Operation Decisive Victory (ODV) is a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit organization. ODV was granted tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service functioning as a charity under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in 2019. Donations to the organization are deductible as charitable contributions. ODV’s Federal I.D. number for donations is #83-1540266

ODV is national organization and offer services to veterans and their families throughout the nation. We believed that our physical location should never limit the mission of the organization. Therefore, regardless of where you are located, we have staff located all across the nation capable of reaching our veterans and their families.

No. Operation Decisive Victory is dedicated to assisting all veterans and their families in need. We believe that by keeping a service criterion such as disability or combat experience, we dismiss a very large population of veteran’s and families in need. We also know that there are many amazing organizations dedicated to serving our wounded, disabled or combat veterans.

Approximately 80% of funds raised in 2021 went to direct programs, the remainder went to supporting those programs. Some needs may be financially based where other needs may be more administrative or supportive. By remainig a virtual organization we are able to dramtically reduce overhead cost to maximize on your donations towards serving our veterans and their families.

Majority of our marketing and promotional activities are supported through fund raising events throughout the year. We also have wonderful community partners who have sponsored spaces within their businesses for us to hang banners, advertisements and post other marketing and promotional material at no cost to ODV.
